Slow down, take some well deserved time for yourself and reconnect nature. Escape the city and join me for a beautiful spring day at The Yoga Garden, in the heart of the Sussex countryside, only an hour from South West London.
Yoga will take place in a handcrafted yurt, kept super snug with a wood burning stove or cool with removable sides to let the breeze blow through. A delicious hot lunch will be provided by Mini Annabel, with an option to take a guided walk around the stunning local countryside - Kneeps Rewilding Project.
This intimate day retreat (10 people max) is open to all levels, and is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice in a small group environment.

10:30 | Welcome tea
11:00 | Morning hatha vinyasa yoga
Our morning practice will flow through a series of postures designed to increase mobility in the spine and build strength in the back. As we move through our creative sequence, we will connect deeply with our internal physical experience, allowing the mind to become completely absorbed in the moving meditation. We will focus on creating mindful transitions and using the breath to safely deepen each pose.

14:00 | Walk or rest
Join our guided walk in the heart of the Knepp Rewilding Project, or stay warm by the cozy fire with a cup of tea, reading, journalling, or snoozing!
15:30 | Afternoon yoga: Candlelit yin yoga
This mediative practice is profoundly relaxing and nourishing for the body and mind. We will continue our exploration of the spine, as we will slow right down and sink into a series of long hold, floor based poses. Gravity will gently guide you deep into your connective tissue and fascia, unravelling hidden areas of tension.
