What To Expect
My playful interpretation of Hatha Vinyasa Flow merges two popular forms of modern yoga and doesn’t take itself too seriously! Hatha yoga is slow but strong, holding static poses for several breaths. Allowing time for you to build strength, mobility and refine your alignment. Vinyasa is a more fluid yoga practice with an emphasis on harmonising the movements of the body and breath. Find stillness in movement as you build up a sweat, flowing from one posture to the next. I believe variety is the secret to both physical and mental health, so I teach a different, intelligently designed, sequence each class. Delivered with precise anatomical alignment cues, so you can develop a strong, safe, yoga practice. Open to all levels. I give lots of different options throughout each yoga class, to suit all levels of strength and flexibility.
