2 hours: Hatha Vinyasa Flow, Stretch, Yoga Nidra.
What To Expect
The Saturday Session is an extended Hatha Vinyasa Flow class, followed by a slow stretch out and Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation. Everything you need to recharge body and mind. You can expect a playful, fluid sequence. Moving body with breath as we open up the heart space and hips. Then we will slow it right down, taking our time to stretch out. Finishing with half an hour of guided Yoga Nidra relaxation. Saturday 10th of April 11am - 1pm.
