What To Expect

Join my Monday night bedtime ritual from the comfort of your own home. A space to wind down in preparation for an amazing nights sleep. Yin yoga is a soft, slow and meditative practice - with a focus on stillness and breath. Each week a different series of floor based stretches will invite your body to open and relax as we gently sink into our connective tissue and fascia, dissolving hidden areas of tension. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that leads the body and mind into a deep state of relaxation. A pyjama dress code is encouraged for this 9pm live-streamed class, so you can roll straight from Shavasana into bed. Open to all levels. A very accessible practice, with lots of different options throughout and the use of props encouraged.
