This is the season of reflection, rest and reconnecting with your own needs. Hannah will open with a short meditation, guiding you to set an intention for the winter ahead. From there, we’ll begin to move gently, warming the body before a more dynamic hatha vinyasa flow exploring twists and balances. For the ultimate shavasana, Cathy and Chris from @high.vibez.tribe will guide you into deep rest with one of their legendary sound baths. Their gongs, bowls, and chimes work like medicine for the nervous system — calming the mind, softening the breath, and carrying you into a state of soothing restoration, where your intentions can take root. You’ll leave feeling grounded, calm, and ready to embrace winter with renewed purpose. 🎒 Please bring: - Yoga mat - Bottle of water - Maybe a pillow, blanket and eye mask to stay cozy 📍Venue: 19:30-21:00 at Ravenstone Primary School, London SW12 9SS Entrance gate location: https://w3w.co/thinks.caked.normal To get in the main gate use the arrows on the keypad to select 'after school clubs' and ring the bell to be buzzed in - please do not ring the buzzer after 19:29 as late comers cannot be admitted.
