Our next Yoga and Sound Bath is on the 23rd September, at the new earlier time of 7:15pm in Balham. - 50 mins Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga* - 40 mins Sound Bath** An evening of playful movement and deep, uninterrupted rest. As September arrives, routines begin to settle back into place and the end of the year suddenly feels a little closer. It's a natural time to pause and ask yourself how you want these next few months to unfold. Join us for an evening of movement, stillness, and sound. A chance to step away from the busyness, take a breath, and check in with yourself. Hannah will begin with a short guided meditation, inviting you to reflect on your priorities for the next few months. We'll then move through a playful Hatha Flow designed to build balance, strength and focus. Expect a flowing sequence that gradually builds pace, with plenty of options throughout, making the practice suitable for all levels. As you settle into Shavasana, Cathy and Chris from High Vibez Tribe will guide you into deep rest with a soothing sound bath. The gentle vibrations of the gongs, crystal bowls and chimes help quieten the mind, soften the body, and give your nervous system space to settle. You'll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and refreshed. To get in the Ravenstone Street gate use the arrows on the keypad to select 'after school clubs' and ring the bell to be buzzed in — please do not ring the buzzer after 19:10 as late comers cannot be admitted. Go to the wooden gate to the right of the main school entrance, use the blue fire door to enter the hall. 📕 Book your place Click 'Book Yoga Class' in the menu, then head to Wednesday 23rd September on the booking calendar £19.50 **Some advise sound therapy should be avoided in the first trimester of pregnancy, if you have any metal implants like a pacemaker, epilepsy or if have severe depression or anxiety. *Hannah’s playful Hatha Vinyasa blends two modern styles with a light, fun approach.
