The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, a time when the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, filling the world with warmth and light. It is a powerful moment to honour abundance and gratitude. The Full Moon is also know as a time of heightened energy and illumination, it helps us see more clearly, reflect on our good fortunes, and appreciate the joy in our lives. Hannah will begin with breathwork and a guided gratitude meditation, creating space for reflection. She will then lead a playful vinyasa flow practice inspired by the Moon Salutations - a juicy hip-opening, leg-strengthening sequence. Starting slowly, you’ll have time to familiarise yourself with the movements before gradually building up speed. By the end, you’ll be flowing seamlessly with your breath - a moving meditation. Afterward, Cathy @high.vibez.tribe will guide you into deep rest with a soothing sound bath. The harmonic vibrations stimulate alpha and theta brain waves that slow the heart rate and respiratory system, blood pressure drops and stress can be released. It this relaxed state our gratitude practice can be fully integrated into both body and mind. This immersive experience will leave you feeling relaxed, grounded, and re-energised with joy for life.
