Hatha Vinyasa Flow & Sound Bath on Wednesday 10th July. - 50 mins Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga* - 40 mins Sound Bath** Flow & Sound is the perfect combo. The hatha vinyasa flow burns off energy, processes stress hormones and opens your body. The sound bath will take your shavasana to another level. The yoga will be focused on strengthening and opening the shoulders in preparation for headstand practice. There will be plenty of time to practice building up headstand step by step - with options given for all levels. 🙃 The sound bath continues this search for equilibrium. The best reset switch for our bodies and minds is deep relaxation, with so many physical and mental benefits. “Sound is one of the most effective ways to relax fully. The harmonic vibrations stimulate alpha and theta brain waves that make deep healing possible.
