What To Expect

Life can be hectic, and finding time for yourself often takes a backseat. 1:1 private yoga classes create a space where it's just about you. I teach hatha vinyasa flow, yin, breathwork, meditation and yoga nidra. Together we will co-create a practice that aligns with your particular needs and we can adapt each session to your energy levels. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Beginners will develop a strong foundation more quickly than in a group class, we'll go at your pace and you can ask as many questions as you like. I give clear alignment cues alongside hands on support to help you maximise your results. 🤸🏿 More advanced students can start to work on finessing the detail of each pose or exploring more physically challenging options. “Hannah is amazing.
