Escape the city and join me for a beautiful day at The Yoga Garden, in the heart of the Sussex countryside, only an hour from South West London.
Yoga will take place in handcrafted yurts, kept super snug with a wood burning stove. A delicious hot lunch will be provided by Mini Annabel, with an option to take a guided walk around the stunning local countryside, flushed with Autumn colours - Knepps Rewilding Project.
This intimate day retreat (13 people max) is open to all levels, and is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice in a small group environment.

10:30 | Welcome tea
11:00 | Morning hatha vinyasa yoga: Creative full moon flow
The Moon Salutation will form the foundation of our morning practice. We will begin strong and slow, working on alignment and engagement, breaking down each pose in detail. As we move through each cycle, we will start to add more poses, building up layer by layer. We will then gradually increase the pace, becoming more fluid and shifting our focus towards flowing with the breath. We will also dedicate a good amount of time to headstand practice. Breaking down the pose compleatly, so you can build up step by step with confidence.

Local, home grown, organic, vegan feast cooked by Mini Annabel.
14:00 | Walk or rest
Join our guided walk in the heart of the Knepp Rewilding Project (last retreat we saw some beautiful deer and bunnies!) or stay warm by the cozy fire with a cup of tea, reading, journalling, or snoozing!
15:30 | Afternoon yoga: Candlelit yin yoga accompanied by Bonobo
Slow down and sink into the magical world of Yin. As you relax into a series of floor based poses, gravity will gently guide you deep into your connective tissue and fascia, unravelling hidden areas of tension. This full-body deep stretch will be accompanied by the spine tingling sounds of my favourite Bonobo album, ‘Black Sands’. Hands on assists and massage, will be offered throughout to help you relax deeper into your practice.

Home time or head to the Crown Inn for a seasonal Sunday dinner.
