Celebrate the long days of mid-summer, by taking some well deserved time for yourself. Escape the city and reconnect with nature for a beautiful summer day at The Yoga Garden, in the heart of the Sussex countryside, only an hour from South West London.
Yoga will take place in a handcrafted yurt. Removable sides let the breeze waft through and allow us to connect with the wildflower meadow surrounding us. A delicious home cooked lunch will be provided by Mini Annabel, with an option to take a guided walk around the stunning local countryside, or wild swim in the natural pond.
This intimate day retreat (12 people max) is open to all levels, and is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice in a small group environment.

10:45 | Welcome tea
11:00 | Morning hatha vinyasa yoga
Our morning practice will be a juicy flow, opening up hips and hamstrings. As we move through a creative sequence of postures, we will connect deeply with our breath, allowing the mind to become completely absorbed in the moving meditation.
12:30 | Meditation and breathwork
13:00 | Lunch
Local, home grown, organic, vegan feast cooked by Mini Annabel.
14:00 | Walk, swim or rest
Join our guided walk in the heart of the Knepp Rewilding Project keeping an eye out for the abundant wildlife, wild swim in the natural pond, or simply chill out with a cup of tea, reading, journalling, or snoozing!
15:30 | Afternoon yin yoga
We will move slowly through a series of long hold, floor based poses, surrendering to gravity as we work deep into our connective tissue and fascia, unravelling hidden areas of tension. This mediative practice is profoundly relaxing and nourishing for the body and mind. Hands on assists and massage, will be offered throughout to help you relax.
