Celebrate the arrival of spring by stepping out of your day-to-day routine and giving yourself space to reset and recharge. This day retreat will nourish your body and mind, immerse you in nature and leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised. Join us for a beautiful spring day at The Yoga Garden, in the heart of the Sussex countryside, only an hour from South West London.

Yoga will take place in a handcrafted yurt, with a wood burning stove to keep us cozy. Windows let the light flood in and connect us with the wildflower meadow surrounding us and the sky above us. A delicious home cooked lunch will be provided by Mini Annabel, which we can eat outside if the sun is shining. You will then have some time to either to rest and relax or take a guided walk around the stunning local countryside. Knepp Rewilding Project has given the land back to nature and the area is full of wildlife. In the afternoon we will light the candles for yin yoga, guided relaxation and head massage.
This intimate day retreat (12 people max) is open to all levels. A wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice in a small group environment and connect with like minded people.

11:00 | Morning hatha vinyasa yoga
Our morning practice will focus on strengthening the back-body and opening up the chest and shoulders. This creative sequence of heart openers will encourage you to flow with your breath - warming the body - as well as giving you time to pause and work more deeply into peak poses.
12:30 | Meditation and breathwork

Local, home grown, organic, vegan feast cooked by Mini Annabel.
14:00 | Walk or rest
Join our guided walk in the heart of the Knepp Rewilding Project keeping an eye out for the abundant wildlife, or simply chill out with a cup of tea, reading, journalling, or snoozing!
15:30 | Afternoon yin yoga
We will continue to release the shoulders and chest as we leisurely move through a series of long hold, floor based heart opening poses. Yin invites the body to completely relax as we work deep into our connective tissue and fascia, dissolving hidden areas of tension. This mediative practice encourages both your body and mind to unwind. Hands on assists and massage, will be offered throughout.
